To confirm the right size and fit, there should be approximately a small width of the toe between the heel and the back of the hoof. The heel should move freely up and down when walking (like an open back clog) relax your feet and resist the urge to curl your toes. Both clogs are on both feet with the same weight. The clog should be under the arch of the foot and you should not touch the back of the shoe on the heel or the toes to the front of the hoof. Most people have two feet of different sizes. Try both clogs and adjust to the larger foot.
